At L'Occitane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your beauty products, you may return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your original packing slip inside the box.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or via the online portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
